This would have to be the most professional and expedited service I've ever had while dealing with a computer. I went... to several different computer repair shops, either there was a week hold until the computer can be looked at, or the customer service would be so shaky that you just don't trust your computer in the hands of that type of energy. So I gave up my quest until I called AVS Computer Service.I had the pleasure of speaking with Vernon on the phone. I can't stress enough how pleasant and funny of an experience this was for me... not only is Vernon very knowledgeable in computers and technology but he loves to laugh and he'll pass you the same energy. Long story short, I contacted Mr. Vernon and told him I was having an issue with my PC,(thinking he would tell me to come by tomorrow) I told him what it was and he told me to come over to the office so that he could diagnose the computer. Not only was I greeted by very generous and beautiful receptionist, but my computer was diagnosed and fixed within a 5 hour time frame. I thought I was gonna have to go a few more days without my computer. I rate their customer service10 stars hands down. I recommend this repair shop to everyone over any top competitor, this service is unmatched.read more

In June 2012 we lost our main server which was hosting our Exchange Server and all of our important company data. After 6 days of trying several IT vendors that failed to get our server back online I found AVS Computer Services online (and they just happen to be right around the corner). AVS came over and within hours our email was back online and our server was very quickly restored. Thank you, AVS!"
Our server had a virus that we need removed. I called AVS in a panic because my server was acting really strange. Vernon came out and fixed the server and returned it the same day. He was awesome!
